Interview Recording System (I.R.S.)

I.B.T. Video Systems created the Interview Recording System to easily document the audio and visual details of an interview in high speed recording. Both audio and video recording can easily be transferred from our DVR to a DVD. The room may also be equipped with a key switch that when activated will enable recording. The optional red LED light on the outside of the room will indicate that an interview and recording is in progress. When finished, simply stop the recording by turning the key switch.

Applications range from investigative interviews such as witness, criminal, insurance or workman's compensation statements to assisting human resources to document harassment complaints, terminating an employee and pre-employment interviews. The event is recorded, documented and filed for future reference.

One of the key advantages of utilizing the Interview Recording System is the ability to prove or dispute misconduct or allegations by reviewing the video and audio recording of the event in question. The recording provides compelling evidence and captures details that may have been overlooked during the interview.
