If for any reason during the first 15 days you are not 100% satisfied with the products or services from I.B.T. Video Systems, Inc., we will refund 100% of your equipment purchase to you. Returned equipment must be in like new condition and in original packaging. Labor, wire and shipping charges are non-refundable and not part of this guarantee. Items not returned in original packaging or not in like new condition may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
Low Price Guarantee
I.B.T. Video Systems guarantees the highest quality at the lowest prices. If after your purchase of our digital video system you find a lower price on a system that meets or exceeds the specifications of our system, we will refund the difference to you. This offer applies only to our digital recorders. Compatible systems must be Windows (PC) based to qualify. Complete system specifications of competitive equipment must be supplied, including motherboard, memory, CPU, hard drive and all other components. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Applies only to systems purchased directly from I.B.T. Video Systems, Inc.
